Information Day 2024
Date: Saturday 12th October 2024
Venue: Leonardo Royal Hotel, Godstow Road, Oxford, OX2 8AL
Time: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Cost: Free of charge (but a £15 per person donation towards costs would be gratefully received)
Anyone with a pouch, or an interest in pouches (perhaps you are considering surgery or are a supporter of a ‘pouchee’), is warmly invited to join us at the 2024 Kangaroo Club Information day.
The theme for the day is ‘Evolution’ and there will be presentations on the evolution of pouch surgery, pouch nursing and pouch related medicine, as well as sessions on practical stress management for wellbeing as we pouchees evolve, both physically and mentally. The day will also be a great opportunity to meet other pouchees face-to-face and learn about each other’s experiences.

The event is free, but if you are able to make a donation of £15 per person towards costs (room hire, lunch…) we would be very grateful.
